Dental Hygiene Role at Dentologie

We are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team at Dentologie. As a member of our hygiene team, you will provide patient care in all dental periodontal services, assist dentists chairside during examinations, and contribute positively to our engaging corporate culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide patient care in all dental periodontal services in which you are licensed to perform.
  • Assist dentist chairside during examinations.
  • Provide a 10-star Patient experience.
  • Contribute positively to an engaging corporate culture.
  • Prepare instruments and materials for procedures for your patients.
  • Make patients as comfortable as possible in the dental chair.
  • Instruct patients on pre- and post-operative procedures and provide oral health education including at home care.
  • Proficient in obtaining dental radiographs and intra-oral scans/photos.
  • Keep treatment records such as charting existing restorations, periodontal charting as well as planned treatment.
  • Monitor daily supplies for restocking.
  • Provide patients with instructions for oral care following periodontal procedures as well as other dental treatment procedures completed by dentists.
  • Follow infection control protocol by preparing and sterilizing instruments, equipment, and ops.

Requirements:

  • Registered Dental Hygiene degree from an accredited program.
  • Active Registered Dental Hygiene license within the state of Washington.
  • Local Anesthesia certified.
