Dental Hygienist

We are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team at Neighborcare Health. As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality dental care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Assess dental conditions and needs of patients, using patient screening procedures to include medical history review, dental charting, and perio charting.
- Deliver direct patient care to patients as assigned, using established dental hygienist procedures, and perform routine treatment procedures, such as cleaning, polishing, x-rays, application of sealants and fluorides, and related procedures.
- Document dental history or chief complaint, record and report pertinent observations and patient reactions to dental staff, as appropriate, and document lab procedures and ensure follow-up on results in electronic dental records and electronic health records.
- Assist with or institute emergency measures for sudden adverse developments during treatment of patients.
- May provide supervision of or training for students assigned to Neighborcare Health as part of their professional education.
- Active Dental Hygiene license with Washington State Department of Health.
- Completed an accredited dental hygiene program.
- CPR/BLS certification.
- Prior experience as a Dental Hygienist.

CompensationThe wage range for this position is $44.88/hour to $62.27/hour, depending on years of relevant experience. Union: Yes. Full job description will be provided during the interview process.
