Job Summary

NextEra Energy Resources, LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for project planning of major and minor equipment maintenance activities related to electrical power generation plants. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the efficient execution of maintenance activities, minimizing downtime, and maximizing plant availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of maintenance activities
• Conduct cost and schedule estimating, and develop job-specific work instructions to ensure efficient execution of maintenance activities
• Maintain strong relationships with external vendors, engineering, analytics, and fleet execution to drive continuous improvement

Requirements

• High School Grad / GED
• Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
• Experience: 2+ years
• Supervisor/Management Experience: 0+ years
