Job Title: PGD Sr Central Maintenance Planner

Job Summary:

NextEra Energy, Inc. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner Sr Central to support overhaul planning of the Combined Cycle Power Generation Fleet. The ideal candidate will be well organized and process oriented, with a bias for action and excellent relationship-building skills. Routine interface with site personnel, fleet engineering, and the central maintenance organization is required to accurately plan and coordinate Structural and Coatings maintenance related to Cooling Towers, Intake and Discharge Tunnels, Tanks and Piping, and Sumps.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform jobsite walk-downs and scope validation
• Support procurement of materials and services
• Establish accurate work order cost and schedule estimates

Requirements:

• Prior Power Plant Maintenance and/or Planning experience
• Experience with IBM Maximo
• Bachelor's in Mechanical or Civil Engineering
• Technical procedure writing proficiency
• Six Sigma Green Belt
• Project Management Professional Certification
