Position Overview:

The Product Implementation Analyst II plays a crucial role in supporting both new and existing client programs by effectively managing and executing all operational and production-related tasks necessary for the launch of client initiatives. This includes overseeing artwork, proof of concepts, branding, quality assurance approvals, and program setups. Additionally, this role provides essential project management oversight to facilitate the production of custom digital and physical print materials, including but not limited to custom cards, co-branded cards, and associated collateral materials.

The Product Implementation Analyst II collaborates within a dedicated team focused on successful program management, ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of products and collateral. This position serves as a subject matter expert and project manager for assigned project components, while also providing technical and back-office support for overall program account management activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management

  • Assess client requirements in conjunction with product and system constraints, ensuring support from internal and external entities.
  • Confirm that internal customer delivery schedules are negotiated and agreed upon by all parties prior to order acceptance.
  • Proactively identify and address issues, informing the Program Manager of requirement gaps, changes, variances in project schedules, and other performance-related concerns, along with recommended solutions to mitigate project timing shortfalls.
  • Ensure timely review, quality assurance testing, and implementation of new and revised client documentation, setup forms/quotes, and program collateral.
Collateral Production and Fulfillment
  • Plan and schedule the acquisition of materials and products within the production process.
  • Oversee the fulfillment processes for all standard, custom, and co-branded materials.
  • Coordinate vendor capacities, lead times, and resolve on-time delivery challenges such as material delays and equipment malfunctions.
  • Manage the receipt of materials at fulfillment centers.
  • Create and maintain Bills of Materials and other production-related data within appropriate systems (both external and internal).
Miscellaneous Activities
  • Input product costs into cost tracking tools.
  • Maintain network security requirements related to card and print production.
  • Provide coverage for senior management as needed.
  • Train new employees and serve as a subject matter expert on production and distribution processes.
  • Lead by example in driving standard workflows and maintaining a process-oriented approach.

Additional Duties: Perform all other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in print and/or card production.
  • At least 1 year of project/implementation management experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively in a dynamic work environment.
  • Self-directed individual with strong organizational, administrative, and technical skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Purchasing experience preferred.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and interact with all levels of management, employees, distributors, clients, and suppliers.
  • Experience in employing problem-solving techniques to identify root causes and implement sustainable corrective actions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to lead project/account teams and manage client relationships.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
