Position Overview:

Primary Duties:
  • Assist clients with personal grooming, including bathing, dental hygiene, and skincare.
  • Support clients with toileting and mobility requirements.
  • Prepare and serve meals as needed.
  • Aid clients with prescribed physical activities and mobility devices.
  • Provide transportation, errands, and escort services.
  • Document and communicate any changes in clients' health status.
  • Uphold confidentiality and comply with privacy regulations.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients and their families.
  • Perform incidental household tasks when necessary.
Qualifications:
  • Completion of a personal care training program or orientation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred certification as a Nursing Assistant.

Work Setting:
In this role, you will operate within the home environment of the individual receiving care. Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lbs., standing, walking, and occasional bending or kneeling.

Exhibit professional judgment and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

Travel Requirements:
Travel to designated residences of individuals receiving support will be necessary.
