The Oncology Care Program

Our comprehensive cancer care program is COC credited and ASCO QOPI certified, ranking top in WA State and nationwide as a high value, high quality cancer care program. We offer fully integrated surgical oncology, radiation oncology, integrative medicine, naturopathic oncology, psychology, patient support/social worker, nutritionist service - all under one roof.

Our active research program provides opportunities to be PI or sub-PI of clinical trials, and our dedicated tumor board meetings cover multiple cancer types (GI/GU, liver cancer, breast, lung, neuro-oncology, hematologic malignancies). We also have cutting-edge technology and diagnostics with onsite PET scan offering PSMA PET, FES PET, and all the conventional PET/CT scans.

The Oncology/Hematology Practices

Our general oncology practices offer the opportunity to develop your own special interest in specific areas of oncology and hematology. You will work with seven other oncologists and 6 advanced practitioners, and have the opportunity to precept residents and medical students. Our variable call schedule includes inpatient coverage, and we have a built-in Primary Care referral base with multiple referral sources from the community.

We also have a team RN care coordinator and scheduler, as well as a robust financial authorization department. Our full infusion service includes conventional chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and oral chemo dispensary. We also have survivorship and palliative care programs, and use the EPIC EMR system with BEACON.

Requirements
  • Unrestricted Washington Physician (MD/DO) License or ability to obtain prior to employment.
  • Successful completion of Residency/Fellowship at an accredited program or ability to obtain prior to employment.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible for medical oncology or hematology and oncology.
