The Oncology/Hematology Practices:

  • General oncology practices with the potential to develop your own special interest in specific areas of oncology and hematology
  • Work with seven other oncologists and 6 advanced practitioners
  • Opportunity for precepting residents and medical students
  • Variable call schedule depending on location but includes inpatient coverage
  • Built in Primary Care referral bases with multiple referral sources from the community
  • Team RN care coordinator and scheduler, as well as robust financial authorization department
  • Full infusion service including conventional chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and oral chemo dispensary
  • Survivorship and palliative care programs
  • EPIC EMR system with BEACON

Required Qualifications:

  • Unrestricted Washington Physician (MD/DO) License or ability to obtain prior to employment
  • Successful completion of Residency/Fellowship at an accredited program or ability to obtain prior to employment
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible for medical oncology or hematology and oncology

Salary Range:

The salary range for this role is $367,611 to $610,124 per year. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.
