What We're Looking For 

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and customer-focused Associate, Licensing Specialist to join our team. As a key player in our fleet management operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth renewal of client vehicle registrations and titles.

As a Associate, Licensing Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and following up on open title and registration transactions to ensure timely completion

  • Completing research and resolving issues that impact vehicle titles and registrations

  • Communicating effectively with clients, drivers, suppliers, and internal partners to ensure successful renewals

  • Updating the title and registration system with accurate status information within 24 hours

  • Demonstrating teamwork by sharing knowledge and assisting fellow team members when needed

  • Maintaining and following re-registration processing procedures

Requirements 

  • High School Diploma, 2- or 4-year degree preferred

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent customer service and client service skills

  • In-office document processing experience

  • Title experience preferred

  • MS Office – proficient in Excel and Word
