  • Accompaniment to appointments and activities
  • Support with medication management

We are seeking a caring and compassionate Direct Support Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional care and support, and a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of others.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing direct care and support to clients with developmental disabilities
  • Developing and implementing Individual Program Plans (IPPs) to meet client needs and goals
  • Communicating regularly with administrators and other staff members to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Reporting any incidents or concerns to management

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent, 1 year of professional or personal experience in caregiving, and a California Driver's License. Preferred qualifications include Direct Support Professional certification, Crisis Prevention Intervention training, and First Aid/CPR certification.
