Postpartum Care Coordinator

We are seeking an exceptional Registered Nurse to join our team at Della Infotech, Inc. as a Nurse Specialist.
The estimated salary for this position is $130,000 - $160,000 per year, based on industry standards and market conditions.
- This is a full-time opportunity with a shift schedule that includes 36 or 48-hour shifts, with pre-approved time off on a case-by-case basis.
- As a nurse specialist, you will be required to work every other weekend and holidays as needed.
- You must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in high-acuity environments, including experience with electronic fetal monitoring and EPIC systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized nursing care to patients with complex medical conditions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Lead float teams to sister facilities as needed to support Mom/Baby units and Community Care clinics.
- Develop and implement care plans to meet individual patient needs.
Requirements:
- Active WA state RN license
- Minimum 5 years of experience in high-acuity environments
- Experience with EPIC electronic fetal monitoring system
- Able to work in fast-paced, high-stress environments
- Floating required to postpartum/antepartum areas
