As an Engineering Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining bill of material information for all products manufactured in the plant. You will also be responsible for maintaining the complete master item with the correct parameters for the proper use of the MRP system. Additionally, you will coordinate with different areas of the plant to ensure the correct and appropriate generation of views/parameters of all part numbers existing in the plant.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain bill of material information for all products manufactured in the plant.
  • Maintain the complete master item with the correct parameters for the proper use of the MRP system.
  • Coordinate with different areas of the plant to ensure the correct and appropriate generation of views/parameters of all part numbers existing in the plant.
  • Responsible for coordinating changes to the product with different areas of the plant and ensuring that the effective dates in the MRP system are correct.
  • Responsible for ensuring that the deviations procedure is known by all and that other departments follow it.
  • Generate and update Engineering procedures for ISO9000 compliance.

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Coordinator with a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent. You should have a minimum of two years of progressive experience in Engineering and knowledge of ISO9001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, JCMS, Production Control, Ergonomics, Poka Yoke Systems, Core Tools, Problem Solving Methodology, Innovation, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, SMED, KANBAN, VSM, 5s, TPM, Sigma, BBPs, and KPIs. Advanced knowledge of Office tools and MRP systems (Mapics AS400) is also required.
