Responsibilities- Provide hands-on patient care, collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless care transitions
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, prioritizing patient needs and preferences
- Administer medications and treatments, maintaining accurate documentation and records
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the advancement of patient care and safety
- Current RN license in good standing
- Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- ACLS/PALS certification within 12 months of hire
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
