Job Summary

The Dialysis Registered Nurse position requires a strong background in nephrology nursing with experience in hemodialysis and/or ICU. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care and outcomes. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessments, interventions, and education
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current RN license and BLS certification
  • At least 9 months of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in nephrology nursing
  • 6 months of dialysis experience required before working independently without a qualified dialysis RN
  • Successful completion of FKC Education and Training requirements for new employees
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $34.50 - $58.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a generous compensation package, you will also receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
