VillageMD is seeking a highly skilled Advanced Practice Provider to join our team at Summit Health, Inc. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive and compassionate patient care, including conducting health histories, physical assessments, and developing treatment plans.
- Work autonomously and collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to promote positive health outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited advanced practice program.
- Current, unrestricted license to practice as an Advanced Practice Provider in the state of Texas.
- Active DEA registration and Medicare/Medicaid enrollment.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with electronic medical records and Microsoft Office.
