Overview: Burlington is seeking a skilled Customer Service Lead to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for leading day-to-day customer service initiatives and inspiring associates to provide exceptional service.

  • Model company core values and Our Burlington philosophy in front-end operations.
  • Drive improvement of friendliness, speed of checkout, and customer feedback surveys by maintaining a customer-first focus.
  • Maintain a neat and orderly front-end area, troubleshooting issues with registers and transactions.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Physical requirements include the ability to lift and move boxes weighing 40 lbs. or more, as well as the ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Estimated Salary Range: $12.50 - $15.00 per hour (dependent on experience). In addition to competitive pay, part-time associates may be eligible for benefits, paid time off, and paid holidays.
