We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team at Actalent. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for coordinating projects to ensure timely completion, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Space-related programs for a PRIME customer
- Lead and coordinate the complete life cycle of projects: planning, execution, and closure
- Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget, with quality standards and procedures of the company
- Partner with engineers to discuss design and manufacturing choices for profitability and scheduled timelines
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility and appropriate risk management
- Manage communication between subcontractors, internal partners, and customers
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, or Project Engineering
- Must have experience leading programs/projects (Space & Defense strongly preferred) for full product life cycle - planning, execution, closure/delivery
