**Job Title:** Clinical Assistant Specialist

**Estimated Salary:** $45,000 - $55,000 per year

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Clinical Assistant Specialist to join our team at Advanced Pain Care. The successful candidate will assist our medical staff with patient care, administrative tasks, and clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greets patients, introduces self, and escorts to exam room.
  • Verifies patient information, medical history, medications, and confirms purpose of visit.
  • Measure vital signs, record information on patients' charts, and prepare treatment rooms for examination of patients.
  • Counsels patients by transmitting physician's orders and questions about surgery.
  • Prepares diagnostic and procedure coding as required/needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • One or more years of experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of general medical terminology and excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
