Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Clinical Support Specialist to join our neurosurgery team at Advanced Pain Care. This individual will provide essential support to our medical staff, ensuring seamless operations and delivering exceptional patient experiences.

Main Duties:
  1. Verify patient information, take vital signs, and record data accurately.
  2. Prepare treatment rooms, collect and process laboratory samples, and maintain a clean and safe environment.
  3. Counsel patients regarding surgical procedures, post-operative care, and other related topics.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, both electronic and paper-based.

Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Necessary Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or GED; one or more years' experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
