Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize patient rooms, common areas, and other areas of the facility to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Follow established cleaning and disinfection protocols and procedures to prevent the spread of infection and maintain a healthy environment.
  • Collect and dispose of waste, including biohazardous waste and linens, in accordance with regulatory requirements and facility policies.
  • Stock and maintain supplies in patient rooms and other areas of the facility to ensure that they are always well-stocked and ready for use.
  • Collaborate with other members of the facilities team to ensure that all areas of the facility are clean and well-maintained.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols and procedures.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects as needed.
