Key Responsibilities
  • Maintaining a Safe and Secure Environment: Ensure the store is free from hazards and that all safety protocols are followed.
  • Providing Excellent Customer Service: Treat all customers with respect and provide a positive shopping experience.
  • Leading the Team: Supervise and train retail associates to ensure they are meeting company standards.
  • Merchandising and Inventory Management: Ensure the store is well-merchandised and that inventory levels are accurate.
  • Loss Prevention: Identify and prevent shrinkage and other forms of loss.
  • Administrative Duties: Perform administrative tasks such as payroll, scheduling, and inventory management.
Requirements
