We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a PRN RN Case Manager for Med Surg in Western Cuyahoga. As a vital member of our team, you will provide direct or indirect skilled comprehensive nursing care to patients in a variety of settings.
Responsibilities- Utilize the nursing process to assist in data collection, planning, and evaluation of nursing care.
- Demonstrate nursing knowledge and skills in the implementation of prevention, therapeutic, and rehabilitative nursing care.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with healthcare providers, patients, and families.
- Maintain awareness of patient comfort and safety needs.
- Respond to life-saving situations based on nursing standards, policies, and protocols.
- Experience in home health care and Med Surg nursing.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Valid driver's license and CPR certification required.
