Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Service Advisor to join our team at McNeill Chevrolet. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage service orders and workflow to ensure prompt and courteous service to customers.
  • Take ownership of the customer's experience by completing additional tasks that leave a positive impression.
  • Provide concierge support for owner inquiries, ensuring a hassle-free experience.
  • Optimize technician time allocation to maximize service sales.
  • Distribute work efficiently among technicians.
  • Answer technical questions and provide guidance on vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
  • Maintain a high Customer Success Index and assist in diagnosing vehicle issues.
  • Oversee warranty claims administration and supervise the service department.
  • Reinforce company policies and adhere to industry standards.
