Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Carpenter Foreman to lead our carpentry team on commercial construction projects in the Indianapolis area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, safety protocols, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of carpenters, laborers, and equipment operators to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Oversee the installation of doors, hardware, and other carpentry elements
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement project plans
  • Monitor and control costs, quality, and timelines
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in construction, with a focus on carpentry and project management
  • Proven track record of leading teams and achieving project goals
  • Knowledge of power tools and equipment, including skid steers, cranes, and excavators
  • OSHA-30 certification or ability to obtain before starting
