Carpentry Specialist

As a skilled Carpenter, you will perform carpentry preventive maintenance, repair, and structural alterations for the Indianapolis Marion County Building Authority's properties. Your responsibilities will include installing interior and exterior doors, performing roof repairs, and assisting various shops with maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Install and repair doors, roofs, and other carpentry-related structures
- Perform metal, wood, concrete, and masonry construction as needed
- Assist in correcting safety issues and complying with Building Authority policies and regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Carpenter Supervisor
- Preventive maintenance and repair work, including revolving doors, restroom partitions, and window repair
- Customer service requests, such as item hanging and door readjustments
