About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Project Engineer to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for providing expert assistance and guidance to junior engineers and technicians on complex engineering projects.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise and instruction to junior engineers and technicians on general engineering skills, hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, and engineering strategies.
  • Advise and coordinate the preparation of engineering plans and reports for project submittal packages.
  • Coordinate engineering production activities with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Provide civil design direction and support to civil technicians, including direct Civil 3D design support.
  • Develop accurate cost estimates and project timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conduct hydrologic and hydraulic calculations for projects, including the preparation of drainage reports.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a Civil Engineer.
  • Mastery of the elements of civil engineering, including design skills and knowledge of Civil 3D and AutoCAD.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and technical writing skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license required.
