HR Coordinator

Villari Foods is seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Coordinator to join our team. As an HR Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to the human resource function, ensuring the smooth operation of our HR processes.

The HR Coordinator will assist with various HR-related tasks, including recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and performance management. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and grow in the field of human resources.

• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
• Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, including conducting new hire orientations and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
• Administer benefits, including open enrollment, benefits changes, and COBRA notifications.
• Assist with performance management, including preparing performance evaluations and conducting exit interviews.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and benefits information.
• Provide excellent customer service to employees, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in human resources, customer service, or administration in a manufacturing setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software systems.
