Why you should apply to this great opportunity
  • Length –Dec 2024 with potential for extension
  • Pay: up to 25/hr. based on experience
  • Schedule – Full Time M-F – 40 hours per week
  • Location – Warsaw, IN – on site role

What’s a typical day like? You’ll be:
  • Assist in maintenance of the records management program.
    Verify record metadata associated with records going into storage is compliant with company policy and requirements.
    Maintain record metadata in the record database
    Assist in the coordination of record traffic to/from secondary records storage (moving boxes, placing orders)
    Verify boxes are received and in offsite storage
    Monitor box retrievals to return to storage
    Assist in coordination of the systematic review, approval, and destruction of offsite records.

This job might be an outstanding fit for those who:
 
  • High School degree or GED required. Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Preferred Minimum 2 years’ experience in Records Management or actively managing Quality or Manufacturing records in a GMP and/or ISO regulated industry is required.
  • Intermediate MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills required.
  • Above average written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work well both collaboratively and independently.
  • Medical Device experience highly preferred
