Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years diagnostic experience
  • 5+ years of diesel diagnostic and repair experience
  • Ability to accurately diagnose customer concerns and document solutions
  • Conduct vehicle health assessments and recommend necessary repairs
  • Efficiently perform diagnostics and repairs on various vehicles, including diesel engines and transmissions
  • Ensure all repairs effectively resolve customer issues
  • Communicate clearly with service advisors regarding vehicle status and required parts
  • Maintain respect for customer vehicles and ensure they are returned in better condition
  • Exhibit a positive attitude and teamwork
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training, both online and in-person
  • If not ASE certified, candidates must be prepared to take ASE tests and work towards achieving ASE Master Technician status (minimum of five certifications)
