We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at The Marcus Corporation. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in leading our theatre operations and ensuring exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Create a safe and welcoming environment for guests by greeting, anticipating needs, exceeding expectations, and implementing creative solutions to provide exceptional service.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, motivate, reward, and coach associates to achieve high levels of performance and guest satisfaction.
  • Operational Excellence: Execute systems and processes that keep the theatre running smoothly, efficiently, and effectively.
  • Associate Development: Assist with hiring, training, and development of associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Performance Analysis: Evaluate key performance indicators to drive guest satisfaction and results, and identify opportunities to increase brand awareness and drive traffic into the theatre.
