Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a highly skilled Medical Registration Associate II to provide exceptional support to our physicians and Corporate Office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for registering patients, processing billing, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities
  • Register patients and update demographic information in our systems
  • Process weekly billing and ensure timely payment
  • Prepare and submit daily and monthly statistics to management
  • Assist Medical Directors and physicians with administrative tasks
  • Provide support services to the Corporate Office and Patient Account Department
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
  • 1-2 years of medical billing experience preferred
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and O365
