Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HRIS Analyst to join our team at WOTM - Partners Professional. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HRIS system management, including building and optimizing systems and workflows within Paycom.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the management, maintenance, and optimization of the Paycom HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with organizational policies. They will also design, build, and enhance workflows and processes within Paycom to streamline HR operations, including onboarding, payroll, performance management, and reporting.

The HRIS Analyst will analyze HR data and generate reports to support decision-making and strategic initiatives. They will also provide training and support to HR staff and end-users on Paycom functionalities and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HRIS Management: Oversee the management, maintenance, and optimization of the Paycom HRIS.
  • System Development: Design, build, and enhance workflows and processes within Paycom.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze HR data and generate reports to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
  • User Support and Training: Provide training and support to HR staff and end-users on Paycom functionalities and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience utilizing Paycom and HRIS systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
