As a Home Care Assistant/Universal Aide, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing daily living assistance, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assisting with meal preparation and serving.
- Accompanying residents to appointments and outings.
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment.
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of North Carolina.
- One year of experience working with seniors.
