Host/Hostess

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Host/Hostess to join our team at The Wolfeboro Inn / Wolfe's Tavern. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

• Greet and Seat Guests: Welcome and direct guests to their tables, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.
• Facilitate Take-Out Orders: Process take-out orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely delivery to our guests.
• Make Reservations: Handle reservations over the phone and through our online system, providing excellent communication and service.
• Support Servers and Bartenders: Assist servers and bartenders with clearing tables, offering water to guests, and delivering food as needed.
• Complete Designated Side Work: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
• Assist with Customer Dissatisfaction: Communicate with supervisors to resolve any customer complaints or issues.
• Adhere to Safety and Security Policies: Ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation, and security policies and procedures.

• 1 Year of Food Service Experience: Previous experience in a fast-paced food service environment is preferred.
• Flexibility: Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
