Key Responsibilities- Greet and Seat Guests: Welcome and direct guests to their tables, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Facilitate Take-Out Orders: Assist with take-out orders, ensuring prompt and accurate service.
- Make Reservations: Take reservations over the phone and through our online service, ensuring accurate and efficient communication.
- Support Servers and Bartenders: Clear tables, offer water to guests, and deliver food as needed to ensure a smooth dining experience.
- Complete Designated Side Work: Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Assist with Customer Dissatisfaction: Communicate with supervisors to resolve any customer concerns or issues.
- Adhere to Safety and Sanitation Policies: Ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation, and security policies and procedures.
- Adhere to Cash Handling Policies: Follow our company's cash handling policies and procedures.
- 1 Year of Food Service Experience: Previous experience in a food service environment is preferred.
- Flexibility: Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Competitive Pay: $13 per hour.
