Job Summary:

The role involves accurate and timely processing of Public Sector participant contributions, incoming rollovers, and incoming transfers via RP Link/DcDirect. The ideal candidate will have experience navigating multiple systems and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviews enrollments and details submitted with sold cases, ensuring funds included on enrollments have been added by the contract holder.
  • Sets up cases on the processing systems, prepares lists of outstanding requirements for external contacts.
  • Prepares contract files from the processing systems, including cover letters, state disclaimers, and side letters.
  • Works with Not In Good Order deposits, reaching out to PPA/TPA to resolve issues.
  • Processes deposits and cuts checks for returns when necessary.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields (highly preferred).
  • 1-2 years' work experience in an office setting.
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills to communicate technical information effectively.
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems.
  • Quick learner with self-starter mindset.
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel.
  • 40+ words per minute typing speed.
