Job Summary

FormFactor is seeking a skilled Assembly & Test Technician (B Shift) to join our team in Livermore, CA. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for the mechanical assembly and testing of probe cards, ensuring high-quality products that meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform mechanical assembly of stiffeners, PCBAs, interposers, and associated hardware and electrical components
  • Understand and adhere to area safety and quality instructions
  • Perform data analysis and troubleshoot issues using SPC process and electronic theory
  • Work within a shift team to support operations and engineering tasks
  • Meet daily production quotas and read and follow special test instructions, wiring diagrams, and engineering instructions
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical assembly and disassembly
  • Strong understanding of electronic circuits and components
  • Ability to work with electrical schematics and metrology equipment
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
