KBR is seeking an experienced Nurse Case Manager to provide professional health nursing principles, practices, and procedures in clinical settings. As a key member of our team, you will analyze the full scope of problems associated with providing appropriate and cost-effective care to Department of Defense beneficiaries.

Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Summary:

This position offers a challenging and rewarding career opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and communicating data relevant to primary health assessments. You will also assess patients via telephone using established protocols and evaluate patient progress to establish priorities for care.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop time-sensitive treatment plans that delineate the expected process of care delivery for selected case-managed patients or populations.
  • Provide professional assistance to healthcare finders to identify patient needs for referrals to appropriate healthcare providers or facilities.
  • Negotiate, write, finalize, and administer product/service agreements to ensure mutual compliance in meeting care goals.

Requirements:

  • U.S. Citizenship.
  • Secret Clearance or Top Secret Clearance, or the ability to obtain a clearance.
  • Current RN license; full, active, and unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse in one of any U.S. State, the District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico, or U.S. Virgin Islands.
  • A minimum of two (2) years nursing experience and certification as a case manager by a recognized certifying organization.
