Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic direction and guidance to our center team, ensuring a high level of quality and excellence in our educational programs.
  • Curriculum Implementation: Collaborate with our educational team to implement our proprietary curriculum, utilizing engaging characters to drive learning and make TLE a fun place for children to grow.
  • Staff Development and Engagement: Recruit, train, and coach high-performing teachers, ensuring they have the skills and support needed to deliver exceptional educational experiences.
  • Business Operations: Oversee center operations, including budgeting, financial management, and administrative tasks, to ensure the center runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Community Engagement: Develop and execute community marketing events and center tours to drive awareness and enrollment, effectively engaging with prospective families.
Requirements
  • Experience: Two or more years of center leadership/management experience, with a minimum of one year of experience required.
  • Credentials: Must have state-specific Administrative or Director credential, and any other state-specific guidelines for the role.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in ECE or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Must meet any applicable background screening or state licensing requirements for the role.
