Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Novant Health. As a leader of the healthcare team, you will establish a personalized relationship with patients and their support systems, collaborating with physicians and other team members to deliver high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, knowledge of NMG/FMC policies, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized plans of care, promoting optimal health or supporting a peaceful death. Additionally, you will be expected to demonstrate self-directed learning, complete any required orientation, and participate in continuing education programs.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a High School Diploma or GED, a graduate degree in nursing, and a minimum of one to two years of nursing experience, preferably in an oncology environment. You must also hold current RN licensure in the appropriate state and be willing to obtain Oncology Nursing Certification (OCN) within 30 months of employment.
