Position Overview:

This role involves taking full ownership of the Yardi platform processes for our real estate holdings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the Yardi system for our organization.
  • Provide essential application support, which includes:
    • User Management: Adding or removing users and overseeing permissions.
    • End User Assistance: Supporting data import processes.
    • System Administration: Maintaining front-end configurations, including Import Maps, Import Profiles, Property Fields, and Item Classes.
    • System Activities: Overseeing onboarding for new properties and offboarding for dispositions.
    • Data Collection: Managing system queues for overdue data submissions.
    • Collaboration: Working with Yardi to address system bugs and implement enhancements.
  • Champion the platform within the organization to encourage its use.
  • Assist end users in deriving insights from the platform's data and analytics.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience with Yardi or MRI implementation.
  • Strong administrative experience with ETL processes.
  • At least 1 year in asset management or system management within a real estate context.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for working with systems and data.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of inspiring change.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Adaptable and organized, with strong time management and prioritization abilities.
  • Highly self-motivated and results-driven.

Compensation: $70K plus bonus opportunities.
