About This Role

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at Spurling J Cook Sr. - State Farm Agency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales targets. Your success will depend on your ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, communicate complex information clearly, and stay up-to-date on industry developments.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales plans to achieve monthly sales targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service to build trust and loyalty with clients
  • Stay current on industry trends and regulatory requirements to offer expert advice to customers
  • Collaborate with colleagues to drive team success and growth

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Active Property and Casualty and/or Life and Health Insurance license (or willingness to obtain the other)
  • Previous sales experience in the insurance industry
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Results-driven individual with a proven track record of achievement
