Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Formulate competitive fee structures that accurately reflect the defined scope of services for project pursuits.
  • Establish and oversee project timelines.
  • Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget constraints.
  • Anticipate, comprehend, and manage client expectations effectively.
  • Provide guidance to team members by identifying their roles and responsibilities, leveraging their strengths, offering growth opportunities, and providing mentorship.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:

  • Degree from an NAAB accredited program or equivalent.
  • 8+ years of experience in commercial design, with a strong preference for experience in the Education sector.
  • Professional registration.
  • High commitment to quality assurance and quality control.
  • Comprehensive understanding of how a drawing set is assembled.
  • Knowledge of construction practices and the ability to apply that knowledge to support project design and budget.
  • Proficient in researching and documenting codes for specific projects.
  • Experience managing a diverse range of consultants and contractors.
  • Interest in sustainable design practices.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Adaptable and flexible attitude.
