Job Summary

Penske Entertainment is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Operations Intern to join our team. As an IT Operations Intern, you will provide technical support to customers, assist with network deployments, and work closely with the IT Operations team to resolve technology issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone and in-person
  • Assist with network deployments and event setup tasks
  • Work with the IT Operations team to resolve technology issues
  • Complete special projects as assigned by IT management
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an IT-focused curriculum
  • Training and/or experience in supporting IT technology in a business environment
  • Experience using and supporting Microsoft desktop products, Office 365, etc.
  • Knowledge of desktop/laptop hardware and software
  • Basic understanding of cloud-based technologies
Work Environment

The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with frequent interruptions and a need to meet with others on a regular basis. The noise level can be loud due to professional racing events.
