Job Title: ECCP Data Specialist

Job Summary:

The ECCP Data Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of data within the ECCP program. This position is responsible for monitoring data quality, analyzing data trends, and developing reports to inform program decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with data creators and IT to ensure data is accurate, timely, and compliant.
  • Develop and maintain various spreadsheets and database information for reporting needs.
  • Prepare clear and comprehensive analysis reports, including narrative summaries and visual presentations.
  • Track and trend provider performance using aggregated chart review data and site monitoring.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly compliance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations.
  • Suggest enhancements to workflow processes, information systems, and other non-personnel related processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in health sciences or related field.
  • 2+ years' experience in HMO/health insurance or behavioral health service provision.
  • 5+ years' specialized data projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to work well independently and in collaboration with other staff members.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage various data collection methodologies and produce clear report presentations.
  • Strong organizational and analytic problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to respond quickly and positively to shifting demands.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple tasks.
