  • Organize tasks based on urgency and significance, establish realistic timelines, and utilize tools and methods for effective time management.
  • Ensure the department is well-merchandised and ready to assist customers.
  • Guide fellow sales personnel on strategies for success within the department.

Essential Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of leadership experience in a relevant field or equivalent military leadership experience.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience selling premium products, luxury brands, or in custom design settings.
  • 1 year of experience in customer relationship management (CRM).
