Job Title: Building Foreman

At Fox Cities Builders, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with the Superintendent to ensure that projects are progressing according to plan and on schedule.
  • Supervise and train a team of construction workers to ensure that they are working safely and efficiently.
  • Assist with the installation or fabrication of agricultural and commercial building systems.
  • Be proficient with building tools and operate all Fox Cities Builders owned equipment.
  • Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that the work site is maintained in a safe and clean condition.
Requirements:
  • Previous supervisory experience in a construction environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Ability to follow all policy and procedures as set forth by Fox Cities Builders and their customers.
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to elevate to heights of 30 feet or higher.
  • Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds at times.
  • Must be physically able to climb ladders, stairs, and into equipment as needed.
