Job Summary

The Certified Surgical Technologist will be responsible for preparing operating rooms, maintaining asepsis, and assisting surgeons and anesthesiologists during procedures. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care and a positive surgical experience.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare operating rooms and equipment for procedures
  • Maintain asepsis and sterile environments
  • Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during procedures
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any concerns to the surgical team
  • Collaborate with the perioperative team to ensure efficient patient flow and care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Provider certification
  • Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) by National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) or Tech in Surgery - Certified (CST-NCCT) by National Center Competency Testing (NCCT)
