Salary

$85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description

The Renal Therapy Program Director will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our dialysis program, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care and that the program runs efficiently and effectively. This role will involve:

  • Patient Care: Directing and managing all aspects of patient care for home therapies patients in assigned programs from admission through discharge of the patient.
  • Staff Management: Managing assigned program Home Therapies licensed personnel, direct patient care staff, indirect patient care personnel, and when necessary, technical staff.
  • Quality Improvement: Implementing HT program-specific and area quality goals and action plans in order to achieve quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful as a Renal Therapy Program Director, you will need:

  • Nursing Experience: A minimum of one year nursing experience plus a minimum of six months dialysis nursing experience.
  • Leadership Experience: 3+ years' supervisory or project/program management experience preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Competent at operating all Home Therapies related equipment.
