Key Responsibilities
  • Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy plans to promote language and communication skills, social and independent functioning, and behavior reduction.
  • Work collaboratively with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized therapy plans.
  • Provide a supportive and structured environment to facilitate learning and skill development.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and ensure high-quality services.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working with children with ASD or similar populations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Punctuality, reliability, and professionalism are essential.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have a valid State ID and be eligible to work legally in the United States.
